"Our unit broke on a Friday afternoon at 5:30 pm, just as the temperatures were picking up and AC was critical. We had someone look it over later in the day. It was clear it needed replacement, we had a visit on Monday and and estimate shortly thereafter. The unit was installed the following Sunday (!). There was some defect in the unit that prevented Nelson's from turning it on. They had a replacement part the following day. We were delayed by our own schedule, but the following Friday the unit was on, and humming. Very professional crew, did everything they could as fast as they could. Two weeks in with the unit, it's worked exactly as we needed. Recommend the business, they are local to Williamsburg! Buy local!"
