There was some defect in the unit that prevented Nelson's from turning it on. They had a replacement part the following day. We were delayed by our own schedule, but the following Friday the unit was on, and humming. Very professional crew, did everything they could as fast as they could. Two weeks in with the unit, it's worked exactly as we needed. Recommend the business, they are local to Williamsburg! Buy local!"

This year, taking all the necessary Covid precautions, he took out the motor and casing of the Air Handler, located in the Attic, replaced it in his shop and thereby speeding up the amount of time in the home.
