"Everything kept changing. Project was harder to repair than originally estimated. Crew (Michael, Samuel, Antonio and Stacy) were very courteous and professional kept me informed as things progressed and what they needed to do. They kept me in loop the whole project. Took a few days longer to fix foundation, and they worked 10 - 12 hours per day. 2nd crew(Miguel, Tristan Samuel) that had to install sub flooring were also very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them. If I had any concerns, I was able to contact owner directly."

"Company installed a new paver patio and did some irrigation work. Great communication from the time we hired them through completion. Due to weather the project was delayed several days so in installation day at least 5 or 6 workers showed up early. They worked the entire day and completed the project. It looks amazing. "In the annual inspection of the flooring jacks installed a few years ago, the inspector discovered one of the foundation piers was starting to lean. The solution was to install 3 additional jacks. The crew, headed by Neri Beltran, and accompanied by Hector Gonzalez, Denilsson Gonzalez, and Johnathan Rouse, arrived about a week later to install the jacks. They arrived on time and got tog work immediately. The job took a few hours to complete and when finished, the crew cleaned the area and crawl space thoroughly. They did a great job!"

"We hired JM Concrete to remove an old broken sidewalk and pour a new one for the entrance to our home. They did a wonderful job. They are easy to get in touch with and good at returning phone calls. They gave us an excellent price on the job. They were professional, courteous, and worked hard. We are very pleased with the finished product. I would definitely recommend this company."

"Overall fine install, had a hiccup with equipment that delayed finishing project two days. Put forth a lot of effort to protect surfaces from over spray/cross contamination. Had appropriate personnel protective gear for the crew of two men. Created a complete air tight envelope for the 2 story shed. Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite. Cost was a little high, but great product/quality, you get what you pay for. Better than the cheaper options justifies the price. Easy to work with... Before and after photos attached..."

"We used A1 exterminators for several years. In the beginning we used them to change the dehumidifier filters. We started using them because the previous owners had used them to redo the crawl space and install a the humidifier. At some point we also started using them for pest control. We did their Guardian Plan from beginning. The guys they sent over were nice and courteous and always helpful. We were pleased with service until we were selling our home and records of services provided were requested and they refused to give them. We were needing information on if they had caulked some cracks in the foundation when they sealed everything when the dehumidifier was installed. I even had the previous owner call and give them permission to release this information. They accused me of trying to get information out of them that didn't belong to me. Funny thing is, there were absolutely no issues, but they were immediately defensive and accusing me of being in a bad place with our buyers. She talked over me to the point and was so rude, I told her to shut up. That was the end of anything I ever wanted to do with them. Had the owner of this company not been the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life, I may have left them a good rating. Based on how she treats a customer of 4 or 5 years, I could never recommend them to anyone. Read their reviews yourself. Their bad customer service speaks for itself. When I mentioned this company to the buyers real estate agent, he confirmed that they weren't reputable as did the escrow company that did our closing."
