"I just moved into a recently renovated home and couldn't power up a brand new dryer that had just been delivered that morning. The delivery guys said that I had two days to figure out if the problem was the outlet or was dryer was defective. If it was the dryer, they would pick it up and take it back and bring a replacement at no charge, but only if the dryer was defective. The only way to know was to hire an electrician. Luckily I found Julius and called him explaining the situation and the urgency. He was here within 20 minutes! Not only did he show up fast and ready to get the job done, but he was so friendly and helpful. He diagnosed the problem right away as the outlet, which wasn't wired correctly. He explained the problem and showed me as I watched him as he fixed it. Plugged in the dryer, turned it on, and it worked!
