"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

They removed and replaced all of the old siding and also painted the new siding and trim, painted the existing garage door (it was brown), replaced the exterior garage door, put up the light fixtures, replaced ALL of the interior Sheetrock, prepped and painted it all, replaced flooring throughout the entire home, replaced light fixtures throughout the entire house interior and exterior, built the back porch, replaced pickets on the side porch to match the back porch, put up railings and pickets on the front porch and so so so many other things that are required when remodeling a house. They offered to hang the blinds up on the windows that I had them on. They corrected some items on the outside of the house while putting up vinyl sideing on the eves and carpot. I also had them to put new gutters on the hous. I would highly recomment them. They did an excellant job"

"I had them replace my roof; it took several weeks to get it done and I was disappointed in the customer service, but not the work. They came out immediately to tarp the leaks, but his workers left the trash from the tarps in the yard and around the house. What I had on my sunroom area was thrown over the side of the house and left there. Could have been more professional with the cleaning up area. The roof looks good and I am satisfied and the price was good. Just customer service was poor."
