"I hired a plumber through HomeAdvisor using prepay but I would not recommend this service. The contractor left a leaky pipe that caused water coming up through carpet. I had to purchase a wet vacuum to dry out the carpet. I had to contact HomeAdvisor again and hired Dave the Plumber, LLC who had to redo the installation done previously. Dave the Plumber replaced all the piping and outside spigot because of a water leak the previous contractor left. Thank you Dave the Plumber for being a professional and a job well done."

"We were having problems with our septic. 1 st we had the tank pumped. Continued to have problems with backing up. Zack and his helper came out and snaked the clean out pipe. Worked for a couple weeks backed up again. Bryan and his helper came out and snaked the pipe again and ran the camera in the pipe which showed tree roots clogging up the pipe. He then ran a root cutting tool in the pipe. As Bryan was doing all of this he explained everything he was doing and why. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was excellent. He advised we need a crew to dig up the pipe to the tank. Jay and Cody came out and dug up the pipe and inlet access and found clog mixed with tree roots.
