"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "Once I got Mr. Nolder's phone from AL, I contacted him and explain by phone what we wanted. He said he was interested and agreed to come and see the place. When he came, we talk about different materials for tiles and sinks. He explained the different kinds of toilets available in the market at the time. He talked about how to improved the ventilation in the small bathroom. He suggested to go to stores to see examples of different bathrooms. This activity was to help us decided in a list of items that were needed for the new bathroom. We also talked how much money would the project cost. He also suggested websites to visit for price comparisons. Mr. Nolder send us an free estimate for the job and we agreed. We pay the project in three payments, beginning of the project middle and end of the project. It took approx 8 weeks. <br /> Main problems were, the two custom made cabinets were incorrectly made by the company, so we had to wait 2 weeks for the correct ones. Another problem was that a piece was missing from the sink faucet and it took 8 weeks to be deliver. These were no Mr. Nolder's fault. <br /> <br />"
