"When I called Dean's, they said someone could come out, but probably not until 8 or 9 in the evening. Someone called at about 7:30 and said they could be there by about 8:30. I didn't catch the guy's name, but he showed up promptly at 8:30 in the evening on a Sunday. He figured out that the igniter wasn't working, and said that he'd order the part the next day.
