He said he would be able to get the parts and have the repair completed within 2 hours after returning. He actually only needed a little over an hour and the repair looks great. "The men arrived on time. The original assessment was that the interior wall would have to be cut open and wainscoting removed then replaced in order to access the pipes. However they first tried to remove the faucet from the outside wall and were able to do so. The faucet was replaced at minimal cost and in a short period of time.
