That's what I did when hiring Fabiano Construction to build a triple-tiered flower bed on my rooftop with a trellis on my Philadelphia row-home rooftop. I was not disappointed. We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed.
