She would send her BEST man for the job. And that he was, Mr. Pedro Favela. Very Polite and respectful. Not only did he correct programming on sprinkler system, he check each zone, and found my rot board on my new fence covered a zone. YIKES! No wonder my grass has been dying. No hidden fees, no service charge, and quote never changed when Pedro finished the work!! $80.00 ..This is not a typo..$80.00. I will never again use that high priced sprinkler service i've had for 15 years. From now on its CAPS Sprinkler System!!!!! Ronnie J."

"Lee and his helper did an excellent job. He quickly found where the valve boxes were located. They were underground hidden by grass and dirt and I did not know the location but Lee found them quickly. I had several bad valves and decided to replace all four since the system was over 15 years old. One set of valves had a broken box which Lee and his helper replaced. Lee also was able to locate a pipe on one of my zones that was leaking. He quickly repaired that pipe. He also showed my several heads that were not functioning properly and replaced them. Lee and his helper were very courteous and professional. Lee was quickly able to find all the problems with my system and replace or repair these items. I was very impressed with the work and everything was done neatly and quickly. I would highly recommend Irrigation Design Services and I will be calling them again should I have any problems with my sprinkler system. "We had a sewer smell that had been horrible off and on for a year. We had talked to plumbers and had them come out, had the attic checked for rodents, etc. When I read about USA Leak Detection, I decided to give them a try. Bill, the owner, came out and within seconds of using a smoke bomb we were able to see where the leak was in our sewer pipes. Bill found the leak, repaired the pipes, which weren't properly connected, and then double checked to make sure that was the only leak. When he repeated the process, he found a second leak and repaired it. After a year of not being able to find anyone who knew how to find and fix the leak, it was such a relief to have it fixed. We have not smelled the sewer smell since then! Thank you, Bill!"
