"Worthmann Roofing completed a roof replacement in May 2022. In September 2023, a leak developed. They did a repair and ceiling patch. In August 2024, the leak recurred and their crew discovered rotted wood and mold. A storm also blew off several shingles. I reported the issues and followed up consistently. After months of no response, I sent a certified demand letter in December 2024. No reply. As of January 2026, Worthmann has gone completely silent. No repairs, no timeline, no accountability. I?ve filed formal complaints with regulatory agencies. Disappointing performance from a company that promises to stand behind their work."

"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."

"The adult men worked well and carefully. The big branches were cleared away well. Many of the small branches near the pool were left on the deck. The young man trimming the overgrown plants and bushes should have been supervised. He cut and pulled out most of my shrimp plants that I had said, "don't cut". He also cut down a large decorative bush with pretty purple berries that was on the front corner of the house. All he left were ugly little stubs of wood.
