"I had another company design my septic system replacement, but Paul re-designed it to avoid having to remove a 50+ ft tall tree and added a drainage system for the water from the gutters. The old no-longer-up-to-code 2-cesspool septic system was replaced by a drainfield and Ecoflow septic tank. The work was done on the days I was told workers would be here (unlike the company that drew up the first set of specs), and Paul and Jon were always friendly and great to work with."

"They truly live by the code of "you get what you paid for". The price was cheaper than expected (and they included a free estimate too). So ultimately, our slow bathtub drain was cleared. However, the technician had terrible housekeeping. After stripping the caulking around the overflow valve, they left the caulking pieces in the bathtub and told us to flush them down the drain (?!). They said the provided bio solution would clear the pieces just fine...but why do that when a trash can is less than a foot away?? Then, they did not offer to reseal the valve they just opened...just left a mess for us to pick up. As such, we will not be using them again next time...free estimate or not. If we wanted the bare minimum, we would have done it ourselves."

They went above and beyond, navigating the tiny crawlspace under the house to run all new pipes. He was such a pleasure from start to finish, great communication explaining everything as they worked. "When our 20-year-old AC had a lot of problems throughout summer 2020, we knew it was on its last legs, and it finally gave out at the beginning of the hot season in 2021. We had received 2 estimates for a new system in 2020 but weren't completely happy with either company. We got 2 new estimates and decided to go with Fahrenheit. Mike came over the day after we called and we were very impressed with his knowledge and responsiveness, as well as the fact that his team was able to do the install the very next day. The price was fair and similar to the other estimates we had received. The team arrived promptly the next morning. They installed the new unit, blower and compressor. They were clean and friendly and worked hard. The new unit has been installed for almost 2 months now and works great. I am very happy with our choice and highly recommend Fahrenheit."

"The initial installation was done professionally. Unfortunately after three months the system failed. From Friday to Tuesday I was without hot water and heat and the temperature in my house went down to the 40s. It took five visits to fix the issue. The manufacturer advised that the solution called for disabling something in the system to keep that part from failing. I am worried that the system is not safe. I will be contacting the DC Consumer and Regulatory Affairs as I have no faith in the quality of this system. This company installed a furnace and hot water heater system in November. Three months later I discovered water leaking from the system; there was water all over the floor. A tech came out on a Wednesday but was unable to make the repair. The tech shut off the valve and had me turn off the system. He returned the next day and stopped the leak. Due to warmer than normal temps I didn’t realize the heat was not working and by Saturday morning the temperature in my house was in the 40s. A tech came out for the third time on Saturday but wasn’t able to fix it. I would have to wait until Monday. The tech returned for the forth time, was here for about an hour. I found out later a part needed to be ordered but would not be available until Tuesday. The tech made a repair and said he disabled a part, per the manufacturer, so the system wouldn’t fail again. I don’t have any confidence that this system is safe or fixed so it won’t break down again. I began calling customer service on Saturday when it was clear that the system couldn’t be fixed. I asked for a replacement of my system. Unfortunately the people who could help were not available on the weekend. I waited until 8 on Monday and still had not received a called. At this point I was quite angry. I finally received a call back and I vehemently expressed that I wanted a replacement system. I was told it didn’t work that way and he wasn’t in the mood to be yelled at and hung up."
