"We purchased this home on a Friday and decided earlier that week that the hardwood floors needed to be refinished before we moved in the following week. Allen stepped up and offered to do the job over the weekend. The house is nearly 100 years old and it looked like a previous owner tried to refinish the floors themselves and it showed. The rooms also have baseboard heat so it made the job a little more tricky. Allen was hoping that he'd be able to get a smooth finish and in the end, the floor looked 1000% better. Allen truly did appear to love his job and in today's society, how many contractors would give up their weekend."

"Although they were not familiar with soundproofing techniques, once provided with the proper materials and instructions, John and Nick did a wonderful job! Any concerns were brought to their attention the next morning, at which time they would address them immediately and satisfactorily, as needed. My only concern was that John did not provide a written estimate before starting, especially since minor changes were made to the requirements mid-stream.
