"I had a new garage door and opener installed, and I'm happy I chose to use this company. Just about everyone was friendly and helpful, both in the office and on-site. The installation was done well. The installer had some issues, but other team members made things right. Overall, it was a good experience. One thing to note: it took about 3 weeks from the time the door was ordered until it was ready, but installation was scheduled quickly after that. I wasn't in a hurry, so this wasn't an issue for me, but it might be for someone else."

"I would give a 6 star review if I could. I called KG because I had an electrical issue that had nothing to do with my gate. My electrician couldn't figure out the problem so he told me to ask if it was the gate causing an electrical short. Josh came out & confirmed that all his equipment was working properly. Then my electrician comes back & asked to talk to Josh to figure it out. Josh answers his phone WHILE ON VACATION!!! You can't get that kind of service anywhere. It was a bad GFI outlet. KG Doors has been responsive since the installation May 2015"

"Garage door broke on Saturday afternoon. It would not close all the way, this was my place of business and I was a little concerned. I reached out to the company who has serviced the door in the past but really didn't expect a call back that day but would have loved to set something up for Monday morning. I called 3 companies on Monday, 2 without response and one who was going to send a technician in the afternoon and would call back when they were on the way, no call, no show. They still have not called as I write this now. I then turned to Angie's list and found First Class Garage Door and their website said hours until 7p.m. so I called. Branden answered and set an appointment with me for the next morning. He showed up at the time he said, fixed what needed to be fixed and we are up and running. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would use them again and highly recommend their service to anyone. <br />"

"Originally they said a few weeks but a cancellation happened on they worked on my job at the end of the day. They explained everything thoroughly and gave me options. The gate had fallen off the hinge and they not only replaced the hinge but added additional hinges to ensure the gate would function for years to come. Asked about a additional job for a back gate, but it was so late I told them they could come back when they have time. And not to mention that they were affordable and in the end, they did great work."

"My fence gate wouldn't latch properly. I call Freeman Fence since that who installed the fence years ago. I talked with Roger and explained the problem. He said that he would send someone out to look at it during the week. The guy ( Marco)called the same day and stopped to at look at the problem. Then he told me two ways to fix the problem. I agreed with him on adjusting the gate so right then and there he got to work. It took him about an hour or so but problem fix. He was so courteous and kind and did a nice job. All I can say is what a great employee you have. Thanks again"

"Everything was very good from start to finish. Contacted me via email from the quote request I made on Angies List. He was out the next day for a quote. Very easy to talk to and work with. Quote was in hand a few days later. I sent in a deposit and we were scheduled just a few days later. The guys showed up on time both days. They sealed off the living room from the rest of the house to control the dust. They were polite, professional and very easy to talk with. Day one was spent doing plaster repair and painting the trim around the room. Day two was some sanding and all painting. When they finished, we looked over the work and confirmed it was all good. I was very happy with the job they did and would not hesitate to hire again."
