We followed up with office and asked owner to respond to fix the problem. We have not received a response since the inspection by Alex. Alex was very nice and professional, but the lack response by the office as a return customer is concerning."

"Jeff was very easy to contact; when I called he always answered. The workers did a good job putting the posts in the ground.  They worked quickly and that might have contributed to them cutting the cable line for both our house and that of our neighbor.  We had to wait a week for our cable company to fix the damaged cable lines. While I realize that Jeff is not responsible for the cable company being slow to respond, it was his workers that caused the problem.  Jeff gave me a 10% discount off the job which I don't think was enough for the level of inconvenience my neighbor and I experienced."

He is as well very proactive at getting in front of problems and stopping them before they escalate. He saved me a lot of trouble and money. Tom has a knack for changing directions when presented with new information (the pipe system in the kitchen was quite a challenge). He understands the importance and nature of the problem and which problem to be resolved first and sets realistic time frame. He doesn't rush his work and shows a great attention to detail. I liked the way he was so responsive to my needs and has consistently gone above and beyond his job to satisfy my design visions. He consideres pros and cons of a situation very carefully to work out the most suitable solution. I never had to call him to come back to fix his work. I keep TKL bussines card handy for some future projects. I know whenever I deal with TKL Home Improvement, it will be done right. Cost isn't really a factor because of the quality and responsiveness.
