"I can't say enough about these guys and wish I hadn't lost their contact information for a time. About 8 years ago, I had Sal and his guys do the finish work on my basement drywall that I hung. They also hung some drywall in the stairway going to the basement. Initially, they hung the soffit incorrectly but it was just a communication issue. I called Sal, he took a look and they came back and re-did it right away without hesitation. Their work has lasted this long without any problems. I started another remodeling project in my family room and needed a ceiling hung and finished, along with finishing some walls I had hung. Unfortunately, I had lost the contact information for Sal so I had to find another company. Long story short, this other company did an absolutely terrible job (Do not use NoticeTMA LLC for any drywall!). The family room adjoins the kitchen, and I had taken a wall down between them. I decided to carry the remodel over into the kitchen, and when it was time to hang the ceiling in the kitchen, I had found the old invoice from High Quality Painting and decided to see if they were still around. I am glad I did. Sal's son's came out to give me an estimate on my kitchen ceiling and also to repair the bad work in my family room. I decided to remove the new ceiling in the family room and have them do the whole thing. Their price was very competitive and everything turned out great. The old job didn't last 4 days without cracking. Luis' job has been up for a month now and there are no issues (and I am a very picky customer). I would highly recommend them for drywall hanging, finishing and repair."

They helped me design the basement remodel (about 1000 sq feet) with a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen/bar, tv area, storage, coat closet and kids area including building it all out. They walked us through the different steps of the build out and made wonderful suggestions on what would look best or makes the most sense in layout, electrical switches/outlets, etc. Their carpentry, tiling and stone work is impressive as you can see from the pictures. They built the shelves and wine rack in the bar area, built the frame around the chalkboard paint in the kids area, built out a closet into our garage space. I would highly recommend this professional team."

They tore out and replaced everything inside, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and even the old, out of code wall studs that were discovered when the walls were taken out. They replaced all doors and windows as well to give a seamless look inside and out. They also added needed accessibility features. Outside, Imperial 1 replaced siding on the back porch and garage, replaced the garage roof, replaced a sagging sidewalk, and cleaned up the exterior bricks. "Present himself with the name West. West came into the house handed right away the magnetic flyer. we introduce ourselves Minerva & Andrew Lorenzen. We showed him what we wanted down in the basement, talked about the electrical project then me and my husband when back up to living room. A few minutes later he comes up and talked way to much about it. he started talking about price about $15,000. We tool him that does not meet our budget so he says I will talk off $1000 so final amount will $14,000. He says how much can you give; it should be half of the project amount. We felt that we were pressured into making a decision. We told him we didn't have much at hand at the moment. We give you $500 dollar to hold the project. We told we just opened a new bank account and that we didn't have any checks available. He says to Zelle him $500.00 to process payment thru with real name given & personal phone number. We mention in the beginning that we in the processes of refinancing. He says coming over Wednesday. While me & my husband analyze what we want to do, we decided to wait until our refinancing is done. I contacted him 3 to 4 days to let him know that what decision regarding project he very upset about it, and I say I am requesting to refund the 500 dollars he says I have 2 kids. I have nothing to do with it. He said he was not able to return our money I told you scam. I say I used Angi before, but I didn't have a problem. I am requesting to solve this issue and get my money back."
