"Walter and his team were very professional and completed the work in a timely manner as agreed upon initially. The team was courteous and was able to rip out the old bathtub and install the new shower efficiently. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend them."

"I got a completely new bathtub installed and it only took one day. The installer was nice and hard working. Both he and the customer service group helped me feel confident about my purchase."

"I had Ken and his crew come out in Dec. 2019 to install a new shower and replace two sink faucets in our primary bathroom. They did a great job. We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally. I love a company that stands behind their work and Prime Baths in Coal City does just that. Will use them again as needed for sure."

"Everything was great, from the initial consultation and quote to the installation and even the follow-up. Customer service and communication was top notch. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire this company again and I highly recommend them!"

"We wanted a bathroom that would be safer and easier to use as we get older, and this team made it happen. They installed a walk-in shower with a bench and grab bars, non-slip flooring, and wider door access. Everything looks beautiful, but most importantly, it feels secure and comfortable. The crew was kind, patient, and truly listened to what we needed."

"This was the second time I hired Americraft to do remodeling in my home. The first time, I had two bathrooms redone. I was pleased with the outcome, so this summer, I hired them to remodel my kitchen. Greg and his crew are professional, and know how to get the job done right. All I had to do was choose cabinets, lighting and fixtures. They did the rest. I had a very tight budget, but they were able to create the kitchen of my dreams within that budget. I also ended up having them refinish my living room floors and paint my living room walls as part of the project. I am truly happy with the results. I woulddefinitely hire Americraft again."

"This was my second large project with Jack and his team. They do amazing work. See photo of the ceiling and built-ins they installed as part of a renovation of this 1927 home."

"Slow and carefully in the midst of COVID. Workers were tidy and polite. Small issues. Hardware used to hang one cabinet was left poking through into the dining room. Lighting installed beneath cabinets failed after 9 months."
