"We actually had called Emanuel Brothers first since their name was on the water heater. But, after the amount of time and money they quoted us I decided to check Angie's. We had John come out and take a look and he told us he could do the same work for almost $800.00 less! I can't say I didn't have some trepidation. "Ralph Mufich was the comfort specialist that took a look at our ancient furnace and gave us an honest and professional opinion on what our options would be for a replacement unit. We realized when we bought our home 5 months ago that this unit was something that should be on Antiques Roadshow but we hoped it would at least last through the winter. Unfortunately we had to make the choice of replacing the furnace as well as the central air and water heater as well as they were pretty much in the end of their life cycle. Ralph ran all the numbers for us, for the Trane 80, 90 and 95 percent efficiency units depending on our finances he wanted to make sure we knew all of our options as well as gave us information on Nicors 4.99% interest rate program with $250 rebate. For the central air, he also gave us a discounted price and we were quite happy to be able to change all three of these major appliances and not have to worry about this anymore especially with the excellent 10 year warranty.

Two gentleman arrived early in the morning and although Ralph wasn't completely sure they would be able to complete the job in one day they were able to remove and replace all three and run the air supply in a little less than 8 hours. Pretty impressive! They worked non stop and if i hadn't given them coffee or a light lunch i think they would have worked straight through! since i worked from home that day i was worried it would be really noisy as they were dealing with sheet metal but surprisingly it really wasn't for the amount of work they were doing. 

Once the job was complete they went through all the units, explained the thermostat and the maintenance warranty they have available. This was a good experience with a company that values it customers by providing wonderful customer service and honestly you feel like you aren't just another customer to them. Even the people on the phone are so nice!

We highly recommend them whether the job is huge like ours or just to have a good company come out and provide your regular maintenance.
