"After several long years of designing and permitting our home remodel during the pandemic, we were searching for a good contractor to build out our remodel and second story addition. Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. During the building process, David was very responsive, available, and receptive to changes and last minute decisions made along the way. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some unexpected setbacks, but David and Avi worked quickly to fix issues and keep the project moving forward. At the end of the project they were very responsible about making sure we were satisfied with every last detail before completing the project. Our new home is beautiful and we're very happy with how it turned out, thanks to David and all the crews at So Cal Builders."

"I worked with Supreme Remodeling last year to rebuild house for me in Burbank last year. It was a long and arduous project that involved demolishing 50% of an old house down to the studs and then building an attached addition from the ground up. I sent out my completed architectural plans to at least 15 different companies, and took interviews with many of them. Received bids from maybe 5-6 different ones. Here's what the difference was. First of all, Micky the owner of Supreme remodeling took the initial meeting himself. He was in no way pushy or salesy in any way. He was patient (it took a month for me to come to a decision). I was able to look at ACTIVE construction projects that he had going on. He was extremely knowledgeable on all of the new building trends and he has a good eye for design. Once I signed on, it took about 9-10 months to complete. He has a good roster of subcontractors that he works with. But his inside guys Eddie and Ronell are outstanding. In the end the real difference that sets Supreme apart has to be the service. Micky and his staff are very available and responsive. Even on a Sunday night he's active and communicating the following weeks work. If there's an issue he's on top of it. And even though the initial cost of the project was high, you definitely get what you pay for and to be honest, it is a very common experience to have contractors to offer you a lower price just to rope you into a situation where they constantly barrage you with extra charges during the project because they weren't "in the contract". All in all I would definitively work with Micky and supreme again in the future on any projects that I have coming up."

"We've been in our Lakewood home over 27 years and finally made the decision to put our "60's kitchen out to pasture. We had three good contractors bid for this project. We were most impressed by Ben of Creative Home Remodeling Group. His enthusiasm, attention to detail and follow-thru remained constant from concept to completion. Ben overperformed and under promised. His crew of company contractor specialists have been with him for years, and their rapport and communication showed in the finished project. He was on site and/or in phone contact with them and us constantly. They finished ahead of time with Ben staying on task through each stage and to final inspection. No reflection on Ben or his company, but us being a first- time user of a contractor's services, we were a little green about the process, the quotation and what to expect. It is often said to add 20% to the bid for unexpected costs. There were two legitimate additions that couldn't be anticipated. They were fully explained and understood. It is important for anyone doing this, to make good notes and keep in mind what the bidder is contracting to provide and what your responsibilities will be. Ben made this clear from the start-nothing hidden. Many items required us to go to the vendor, choose, and to pay directly, outside the bid parameters. These items-specifically: the vinyl flooring, the quartz counter tops and backsplash, sink, faucet and disposal being the main ones. For the most part, only the highest expense (the cabinets) was factored into the quotation. My wife and I would use Ben and Creative Remodel again and recommend him and his Studio City company without reservation"

Tal was always professional and respectful, checking in regularly and making sure everything was on schedule. He handled all the communication smoothly, so I never had to worry about anything. The craftsmanship exceeded my expectations — you can tell they really care about quality. Plus, the crew left the site spotless each day, which was a nice bonus. The project was done on time, and the price was fair given the level of work. I’m already looking forward to working with them on future projects!"

"My husband and I really enjoyed working with Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group. Ben oversaw everything from making the plans, getting them approved by the city, scheduling the entire build and doing all final inspections. We really appreciate how communicative Ben was with what day and a time window we could expect the different work groups to come and what work would be done those days. If my husband or I ever had questions or problems with anything that was going on during our construction we were encouraged to call Ben and he helped create a solution that was workable for all of us. We liked that Ben and his team took care of everything from beginning to end and we did not have to hire any additional contractors along the way. We did have to purchase the specific fixtures and tiling we wanted.) We added apx 200 sq feet to our home, which included a bathroom, walk-in closet and room extension. The total process took exactly 1 year from signing our contract to us being able to use our added rooms. (That included making the plans, getting them approved by the city, the build, the installation and final walkthrough with the city inspector.) "I am very pleased with the work done by Hic builders. Our initial contact was Josef. He came out and gave us a fair price to replace a wood fence, patio cover, and deck. Materials were sourced and brought in without delay despite supply shortages. My dad is a civil engineer and he noted the wood to be of good quality. He and his workers showed up daily, on-time until the project was completed. Every day the work area was left tidy and cleaned up. We live in a townhome. The only access to the backyard is through the front door and living area. His team covered our furniture and flooring. We will definitely call on Hic Builders in the future and recommend others to do the same."

"I was referred to 800 Remodeling by Angie's List, and the owner, Amir, called me literally minutes after I received the referral. I described my situation to him and we scheduled a meeting at my home for the following day. He arrived promptly and immediately introduced himself with a picture ID and his state contractor's license. After inspecting the cracks that were of concern to me in a structural post supporting a major beam, he took some pictures and promised to get back to me with some recommendations. The next day, he called just as he had promised, told me that after talking with a structural specialist he did not believe the post needed to be replaced, but nevertheless gave me a rough-order-of-magnitude estimate on what a replacement would cost, should I decide to have that done. After some additional research, I concluded that the cracks are typical and not impairing the structural integrity of the post, and decided for added insurance simply to reinforce the post with some wrap-around steel bands. Since that is a small and simple job, Amir offered to refer me to someone else to do that job for me. He did not charge me for the consultation or the time he spent in discussions with other specialists. So although I ultimately didn't hire him for this job, I was impressed by his professionalism and shall definitely be contacting him again for some larger jobs I am planning in the future."
