He was the only contractor to give me a detailed written estimate, which was also lower than the two other verbal estimates I received. Mike also included some needed structural upgrades & other current building code requirements. The final inspection by San Francisco building department is scheduled for Monday, 6/13/22. From the design process, to material selection, to final install the communication and partnership could not have been better. We had a large steel pergola built and attached to our house, a fire pit installed (with gas line being trenched and drains installed), an outdoor shower, a cedar hot tub installed (with gas and water lines trenched), incredible lighting schematic and the most gorgeous flagstone that was hand carved and expertly placed.
