"They were supposed to give me an estimate for an addition to replace one family room ad one sunroom that I have. They did the windows, but they never gave me an estimate to determine if I wanted it done. They did deliver the wrong window, but they were very good about ordering another window. They did work for me last year. I don't think the price was too much. They came late. I've used them twice now. I used them even though their responsiveness was not that great."

Install crew hoped to do install in one day - but it took two. The install crew was pleasant and worked with me to review on going installation. "Kevin was a little difficult to get in touch with initially, but once contact was made things got rolling fairly quickly and the work was completed within two days from start to finish. Things I liked: 1. The price was fair for work done. 2. Kevin (the owner) was pleasant and honest and easy to work with. 3. Kevin was right there on the job with his men at all times. 4.When informed of a problem area Kevin himself came out to try to rectify the situation. Things I was not thrilled about: 1. One of the steps held water as it was not leveled correctly. (This has been fixed with a patch, which I hope will hold.) 2. There was no back filling done, I had to buy and haul in my own top soil to fill in along sidewalk. 3. I had to rake up quite a bit of gravel, cement and numerous cigarette butts."
