During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"The team at PZ Construction is extremely thorough. Paul (the owner) performed an inspection which included both the outside of the house and accessible attic spaces. He provided the most detailed estimate of any of the contractors which included descriptions and materials for each phase of work. The crew was very diligent during the project and performed a daily cleanup of all waste material, etc. All of the copper work is done on site and the team provided picture updates of the various stages of work. "Ronnie came out to look at the job and knew immediately why the window had cracked. The price to replace it was very reasonable and the replacement was completed in less than half an hour. Ronnie also went above and beyond in explaining the different types of glass I could use and tested the adjoining windows to make sure they were low E-glass, which is what he recommended for the picture window. My only criticism is the communication with the office. It took longer than expected to get a return call."
