Richy was always available to answer any question we had, and he would monitor the progress and needs of the project on a daily basis. The removal of the old deck and the ordering and arrival of materials for the new deck happened in a timely manner. The personnel building the deck were professional/polite and very helpful. My wife and I were most pleased with the result of their work. Richy and his team left us with a beautiful deck that we will enjoy and cherish for many years to come. "We utilized Luis and his crew to replace 14 windows. Luis is local and prompt to meet to discuss the project. He recommended a supply house for the windows that were priced better and the same if not better on quality and warranty. Luis supervised the whole job. His crew were not only professional and detailed on the installation but kept the job site clean. The new windows required modifying the interior molding but this was discussed ahead of time as a possibility. There was an increase in the initial price because of this but it wasn’t a surprise upsell. They did the job in 2 days and the quality of the work inside and out was properly done. I would recommend Luis Jimenez construction for consideration for any of your projects."

"We feel very fortunate to have found Cliff to take our newly purchased home to the next level by completing the bonus room makeover of our dreams! We contacted three other businesses for estimates but chose to hire Cliff for the job because of his knowledge, experience, and fine attention to detail. We connected immediately and he brought many ideas to us that we hadnâ t thought of before. We now have an incredible modern rec/tv room with beautiful new hardwoods that match the adjoining ones perfectly. On one side he installed a gorgeous kitchenette with a 5 foot tall ornate tile backsplash and quartz countertops, complete with two gorgeous 11 foot long wooden floating shelves that he built from scratch. On the other side of the room, he installed a 16 foot wall of horizontal shiplap (no seams!) and mounted our tv over the full wall of cabinets he installed with another quartz countertop. The barn doors at the entrance have been refaced and are now sleek and modern. Cliff and his crews nailed every element of this large project that included plumbing, flooring, electrical, and painting. Cliff has gone out of his way to meet me at stores to select stains or help me find the perfect cabinet hardware. I am very particular and he is extremely patient to ensure we get exactly what we want while taking care of our property. He will definitely be our top choice for any other home renovations in the future!"

"The estimator came out when I called them. I had done some research on ratings and they had one of the best ratings. I called them and they had an estimator come out a few days later. I had told them that I was not looking for the standard 5 or 6-foot wood board here. It was going to be at the front of my home, across the front patio, and down the side of my home. The purpose of it was, I needed a second place for my dogs to live because I have a dog run. The dog run is covered, where I can usually park fosters when I need too, but I don’t want to park fosters with my clan because sometimes the fosters arrive without any bedding and I have to get them into a vet and I’m not going to comingle a disease or dogs been a stray with my pack. Then there’s flees in my bed. So, I wanted to add a fence. So, they came out and had a brochure on aluminum powder coated fencing and we settled on a 5-foot-high fence that has an aluminum spar every four inches, and the bottom 18 inches has double number of spars every couple inches so a small dog can’t get out through the openings. They ran 150 feet of that, about 50 feet across the front of my home, about 80 feet down the side of the home and then another 40 feet from the back corner to the back corner of my home. I had to order the fencing. They don’t build it, they buy it. So, they ordered the fencing. I called them 2 weeks later to check where we were on my fencing. He says I was on his list to call today and they’ll be there tomorrow. Three-man crew shows up about 8 o’clock in the morning with all the materials. They dig all the holes, put in all the posts, install the fence. They cleaned up meticulously. They were out of here by 4 o’clock in the morning. Did a great job. I wouldn’t give the price an A, it’s for about 150 feet of fence it’s a lot, but it’s a gorgeous fence. It wasn’t cheap. Side bar on the professionalism, the foreman sees my granddaughter and asks her to come over and asks her how high she can reach. And he mounts the front gate latch where she can reach it. Now that’s service for you!"

Our rep did a terrific job working with us to understand the process and in answering all our questions. The team also worked diligently to come up with a financial solution that best fit our situation and which we are most grateful for. Considering the size of our roof they were able to complete the entire process - prep, demo, underlayment, shingles, and clean up in a single day and without any difficulties or issues.
