"Jeff is extremely attentive to detail and supervised every phase of the job. We purchased a home that had cupped wood flooring was and discolored and worn. In addition one of the guest rooms had carpet that transitioned into a wood floor hallway. Jeff was able to refinish the existing flooring and integrate the new wood floor seamlessly, you could not distinguish the transition. He also identified the moisture problem contributing to the cupping of the flooring. Jeff also installed carpet in the 2 bonus rooms and did a magnificent job as well. "After searching by referrals and a previous vendor (LL), we decided to use Angis’ list to locate someone to do flooring. This is such a daunting task, because you don’t know who to trust anymore. My husband and I managed to get a response from CFR and a few others. After explaining what we wanted, the owner, Mr. Getzen spoke to us in detail about what we were requesting, material availability, cost and timing. He was very thorough. He did not try to sell us something we did not want. We managed to get most of the home refloored at a reasonable cost. Mr. Getzen was able to match a room we had done a few years ago by LL. According to LL the material no longer existed. Mr. Getzen was able to find material that was a close match. The project included 7 rooms. Removing existing materials and complete the project in one day. This included moving large furniture, replacing all baseboard trim and removing debris. His flooring team of three was very professional, prompt, and organized."

"We hired Coastal Built Construction, John Munn, solely based on his company's Home Advisor 5 Star Reviews. We had been "burned" by a contractor in the past and decided to take a chance. Things could not have worked out better (except for Covid backlog issues) which obviously were not his fault. He was hired to convert an existing screened porch into a 4 season room. In addition to that his company painted the entire inside and outside of our house, and renovated a bathroom. His prices were fair and reasonable. We were extremely pleased with the overall job. John was very professional, helpful, and willing to assist with anything we needed during the process. (we had purchased a home that needed a lot of expensive repairs) We highly recommend John Munn and Coastal Built Construction. From our experience, there was not anything his company could not do.
