"Todd did a fantastic job replacing over 800 sf of old flooring with LVP. He was able to offer a great price on the LVP of better quality than the home improvement stores as he has a direct account with a quality manufacturer. He quoted the least amount of project time and though I was skeptical at first, he completed the job in two days as promised. We are pleased with the installation, professionalism, and knowledge Todd provided. We highly recommend him!"

"Went above and beyond. Had the answers, had the right labor, had the resources to get product at a great price, and installation was performed with expertice!"

"Jeff is extremely attentive to detail and supervised every phase of the job. We purchased a home that had cupped wood flooring was and discolored and worn. In addition one of the guest rooms had carpet that transitioned into a wood floor hallway. Jeff was able to refinish the existing flooring and integrate the new wood floor seamlessly, you could not distinguish the transition. He also identified the moisture problem contributing to the cupping of the flooring. Jeff also installed carpet in the 2 bonus rooms and did a magnificent job as well. If you are looking for attention to detail and superior craftsmanship Jeff is your go to contractor."

"Dave uses quality materials and stands behind the job. He provides excellent customer service. Any job big or small Dave is your man. We had siding put on our whole house"

"We had a great experience with Henry and his team. They showed up exactly as promised and did an excellent job refinishing our hardwood floors. We also had them install carpet and vinyl, and we have been very happy with the results. We paid a little extra for the dust-free hardwood sanding, and it was worth every penny! We had our floors refinished 25 years ago and the dust was awful, but with Henry's dust free machine we had NO dust whatsoever. We highly recommend this, and ProCarpet as well."

"We utilized Luis and his crew to replace 14 windows. Luis is local and prompt to meet to discuss the project. He recommended a supply house for the windows that were priced better and the same if not better on quality and warranty. Luis supervised the whole job. His crew were not only professional and detailed on the installation but kept the job site clean. The new windows required modifying the interior molding but this was discussed ahead of time as a possibility. There was an increase in the initial price because of this but it wasn’t a surprise upsell. They did the job in 2 days and the quality of the work inside and out was properly done. I would recommend Luis Jimenez construction for consideration for any of your projects."

"Great experience from beginning to end. Hired Jacob to install LVP flooring in my beach home that had significant damage from Hurricane Florence. His team was great and had to constantly manipulate furniture to get the work done. I was not happy with some of the transitions and Jacob graciously searched and found pieces that better matched my new floors. They did such a great job that I hired them again to install LVP in my home in Wilmington."

"Was a wonderful experience! Truly enjoy my new beautiful living room and kitchen floor! My dream home is one step closer to being complete! Will definitely be calling again and will recommend to anyone needing work done!"

"We hired Coastal Built Construction, John Munn, solely based on his company's Home Advisor 5 Star Reviews. We had been "burned" by a contractor in the past and decided to take a chance. Things could not have worked out better (except for Covid backlog issues) which obviously were not his fault. He was hired to convert an existing screened porch into a 4 season room. In addition to that his company painted the entire inside and outside of our house, and renovated a bathroom. His prices were fair and reasonable. We were extremely pleased with the overall job. John was very professional, helpful, and willing to assist with anything we needed during the process. (we had purchased a home that needed a lot of expensive repairs) We highly recommend John Munn and Coastal Built Construction. From our experience, there was not anything his company could not do. We have more remodeling planned in the "5 year plan" and we will call him back for certain. Thanks to John and his crew for a good experience."

"Extremely pleased , floors are beautiful and Christian and Brandon were very professional and extremely nice to work with I would certainly refer them to friends and relatives"
