"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. Brian returned my call quickly, and met me and my realtor at the house (was a 45 min. drive for him) to give me his opinion and verbal price quote. Many contractors/carpenters would have just focused on the project and the money involved, but Brian wanted to see WHY the house had sunk. He pointed out the major structure issues with the tresses in the attic, joists, as well as other red flags, that would cause problems later. He's a master carpenter and his knowledge, experience (and sense of humor!) was refreshing and valuable. After meeting with him I decided to pull my accepted offer on the home and feel I have saved myself untold amounts of money, stress and frustration. I will definately be hiring this company in the future."

"The company did return this week to correct the major deficiencies which were very noticeable mistakes and poor craftsmanship. The company sent Tim Herring to make the corrections. Tim work ethics, professionalism, and craftsmanship are of the highest caliber. He has built many decks and h has decks with unique designs and artistry. Many customers have hired him for additional projects. Tim corrected the problems that you could see. But to correct the framing out of the Trex deck would require the entire deck to be rebuilt. This company Subcontracted workers to build my Trex deck who had never built or were professionally trained on composite decking. The subcontract workers normally were hired to do siding on new construction. I am not sure if I would ever hire this company again for decking or new construction. I will hire Tim Herring in a heartbeat. My previous rating for this company remains the same."

"Replaced shower and vanity in 1 bathroom, installed new cerimic tile in shower, bathroom floor. Vanity and tile covered over bathroom exesting vent. (wife takes cold shower when she ) . Shower doors had excessive spacing and had to be reinstalled, so as not to leak on floor. The existing commode when reinstalled now leaks. Lance Read was called to repair but never showed up. The existing bathroom door has scars from demon. Molding both shoe and base not installed correctl. Shower no. 2 was even worse. When they left not finishing, his worker stole items from house. I have pictures and can/will invite anyone to see. This was the worse experience I have ever had in my life."
