"Sam takes the prize in my book for his knowledge, professionalism, timeliness, and quality work at a fair price. He did what he said he would do when he said he would and for how much. Communication was clear and responsive. My two bathroom floors are absolutely beautiful and were done on time and on budget. He even installed two new toilets and a moisture proof underfloor in my master bath in case I want to remodel the shower in the future. Things I hadn't considered but so glad he did. I was pleasantly surprised about how neat and clean he left the work areas and finished floors. He was stellar in every way and I wouldn't hesitate one bit to recommend him or ask him to do another job. I've had several things redone in my place in the last two months and Sam and his work are miles above all the others."

Then they sent us Jake and he did a marvelous job and we loved the way he did all of the work. You need to have more installers with Jakes skills and you will have a very successful business. Mike Hunt was also very instrumental in getting our situation righted and sending Jake our way. A big thanks to Mike and Jake for making this a successful install. Because of the unskilled first crew and having to remove their work the job took almost two weeks"
