"We purchased a mid-century farm house and nearly every room had cracks on the plaster walls and ceilings. As well as wallpaper throughout the kitchen and all the bathrooms. Naturally, our family did not have the expertise or time to address all the cosmetic fixes in the house therefore, we decided to recruit professional painters. We had multiple general contractors and painters visit the house to review the work needed to repair the walls, ceilings, kitchen, baths, patio and shed, but none of these businessmen were as thorough and articulate as Mr. Fermin Ortiz owner of “International Painting LLC.” Fermin spent almost three hours walking through the house and property. Taking detailed notes of all the discrepancies we wanted mended and all the while explaining how fix each defect. We were simply surprised of Fermin’s willingness to share the trade techniques to us and we were greatly appreciative that he clarify each method of repair to the plaster, ceiling, wallpaper and removing the lead off the patio and shed. Based on Fermin’s knowledge and honesty. We decided to engage him over the other contractors who had submitted proposals for the project. Once the job was underway, it was apparent that Fermin and his staff are artisans with a fondness of detail. They spent a week and a half merely preparing all the surfaces ready to paint. Sanding, steaming and sealing cracks seemed an eternity, but the time was well spent. The house is a new home with a fresh coat of paint. Gone are the cracks, wallpaper and glue, lead. Mr. Fermin Ortiz is a craftsman. Should you require his expertise? Be assured that he and his staff will do their utmost to deliver the best product for you. "I had moved into a house where the exterior had not been kept up, and needed all exterior trim, a pool house, arbor and porch area painted, and some wood features stained. Jeff and his crew are extremely professional, expert painters, and used the highest quality products. The house is large, but they worked so quickly and efficiently in 90F+ temperatures to get the job done. The crew was always on time, polite, considerate, and listened to any suggestions or concerns I had. Jeff had immense patience helping me choose the correct colors for wood stained areas and brought multiple samples to try to make sure they got it right. The price was more than fair and in keeping with the estimate. I feel very lucky that a friend recommended him and his operation, and heartily recommend him to others."

"During a routine insect inspection I inquired about about gutter guard effectiveness in keeping insects out of gutters and attics. I was not aware they offered a gutter guard service. The quality of the product and cost was by far the best value. Their product was not rated in a recent Consumer Reports review, however it seemed this product would offer similar performance as their better rated products. Installation was very quick. It's been a few months since the product was installed and there are no signs of leaf build-up, although I have not been up on a ladder to inspect in closer detail."

"We could not have ask for anything better. From the initial contact at the office regarding suggested quality of the door. An estimate of the cost for the doors was received in a very timely manner. It was explained approxiamtely how long before installation would begin, and the begining date was within just a few days of what was estimated. <br /> The actual installation of the doors ened up taking longer than what was expected, however, the doors that were being replaced were approximatley 28 years old, and were the original doors at the time the Condos were built. The door frames were very out of square, and each door had to have specific work done to assure each frame was square and that the new door fit snug and properly. The vinyl had to be removed and new vinyl had to be installed for each door of these Condos. Each door was different, and required a completely different repare to make it square. <br /> The workmanship was nothing less than perfect everyone. The installer was a and quot;one man showand quot;, and he took pride in his workmanship. Each door was done to his perfection before he started another door. There was no and quot;rushand quot; job done on this project. How ever long it took to complete this project is just how long it was going to take. It was his intent to do it to the best quality work to his ability, and folks, he has tremendous abilities. <br /> The doors are perfect. They fit tighly, and you do not see any light around the frames from the inside at all. You could not ask for any better quality of door and installation. <br /> The people in the office, I primarily dealt with Blanca, are so easy to work with and will answer any of your questions or concerns promptly. <br /> I would reccomend them to anyone. He came out, quoted a very reasonable price and showed up when agreed on. His work was top notch and he kept us informed and listened to our concerns. He had no issues providing proof of insurance and bonus- veteran owned! I would highly recommend him to anyone!"
