"While there were no issues regarding the price or punctuality at first my concern and low scores are reflecting the warranty follow ups. The first problem occurred regarding the gates not closing properly due to settling and adjustments. After I gave a low scores due to no call back Mark Campbell contacted me after several calls and fixed the problem. Then I deleted the negative score. This August I noted that some fanciest started to lean, worrying me that the whole fence might tip over. After s several messages and calls, I did speak with Mark who promised to take a look and asked me to send him a picture. I did this on Sept 4! To this day, Oct 2, I did not have a call back from him ( after 5 calls and messages) or came out to at least look at the problem. To say that I am VERY disappointed is an understatement! In addition, their phone number 919-787-1880 has been disconnected!"

"Jose was very efficient and professional in providing a prompt estimate which was much more reasonable than any of the other estimates I received. He and his team showed up on time to start the job. The estimate was for painting the outside trim and doors of my double story brick house. Soon after they started the job they pointed out that the grime and mould on the gutters would compromise the appearance of my house once the trim had been painted and they volunteered to hand clean the gutters at no extra charge, which they did! They used high quality Sherwin Williams paint which included a mould inhibitor. Their paint work was very careful and thorough, and they were careful to remove any peeling paint, and prime those areas before applying the finish coat. They worked hard all day and finished on time. They were careful to clean the site before they departed at the end of the day. I will definitely use them again, and recommend them to friends and neighbors! Thank you Jose and team for an excellent job at a reasonable price!
