If youâ re seeing this post I encourage you to save this number in your cellphone right now so that when something breaks in your house you have it. I called Mr Hood at 8am in a panic. I had to throw away everything in my refrigerator and freezer. He arranged to come to my house within 3 hours of my call. I sent him pictures of the Lg Refrigerator serial number and my address and he arrived prepared for the job. Within no time he had assessed the issue and informed me that it would be covered by warranty. There was no cost to me for his service.
