"While there were no issues regarding the price or punctuality at first my concern and low scores are reflecting the warranty follow ups. The first problem occurred regarding the gates not closing properly due to settling and adjustments. After I gave a low scores due to no call back Mark Campbell contacted me after several calls and fixed the problem. Then I deleted the negative score. This August I noted that some fanciest started to lean, worrying me that the whole fence might tip over. After s several messages and calls, I did speak with Mark who promised to take a look and asked me to send him a picture. I did this on Sept 4! To this day, Oct 2, I did not have a call back from him ( after 5 calls and messages) or came out to at least look at the problem. To say that I am VERY disappointed is an understatement! In addition, their phone number 919-787-1880 has been disconnected!"

"Matt came out to the house on June 5th to evaluate our fence and the work that needed to be done. Right away, my husband and I felt very comfortable with Matt as he explained everything his crew would do once they started the work. On June 6th Matt sent via email a complete quote which he had stated on June 5th and a contract. On June 11th around 8:30am, the Fence Works crew showed up and begin working. As they tore down the old fence they promptly removed the pieces and put them on their truck. They worked diligently removing the old and replacing it with the new. Around 3:00pm they had finished the fence and cleaned up. We were very satisfied with the finished product. Our neighbors even commented on how good the new fence look. Although we did not have the entire fence replaced, we now have second thoughts and plan to call Matt to come back and replace the rest of the fence. Also I plan to use Fence Works, LLC when we move into our new house to put up a vinyl fence. We loved the work they did and Matt is so professional and friendly. "We contacted multiple contractors for quotes at the beginning of the project. Bill responded right away and was the first to respond by far. He came out quickly to discuss the project with us and provided useful information about the different options and their pros/cons. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push another fencing type on us like another contractor did. We received a quote the same day shortly after our meeting. It was much more reasonable than the others we received. There were a few months between us receiving the quote and deciding to move forward with the project. Bill didn't skip a beat when we let him know we wanted to push forward. He honored the original quote and got us on his schedule right away. We ended up having to push the start date back due to Hurricane Dorian, but Bill communicated clearly with us during that time. He started as soon as he was able and worked diligently until the job was finished. We are absolutely ecstatic about the final product and have already received several compliments from neighbors. We strongly recommend using him if you are looking at installing a new fence or having an existing fence repaired. He's professional, knowledgeable, and timely."
