"Matthew Bruce exceeded our expectations. Our 92-year-old dad fell while using the bathroom and injured himself. We needed an immediate response to make the bathroom safe. Matthew responded to my request very quickly. He asked questions about the situation that showed he had the expertise we needed. He came to the house within a day of agreeing to perform the work and completed the most urgent task that day. He needed other tools to complete the installation of the grab bar drilled into the shower tiles, so he had to return at a later time.
