"Had to pay to have it rechecked. Inducer Motor was fine. It was a Lennox Furnace and the Heat Exchange was under warranty. This VERY pleasant gentlemen wrote the serial number incorrectly so as to make things a little more difficult to check. Then I was told verbally (but VERY Pleasantly) That it would cost me $3,500 for repairs. Their professionalism was exemplary. If paying them is based on how PLEASANT they were they are winners. However, I don't like being ripped off no matter HOW sweetly they do it!!!"
