Michael recommended replacement versus repair for best cost effectiveness. While my washer could not be repaired, I was only charged $80 for both the trip and diagnostic fee. I felt the service was efficient, fair and honest, and I would use them again."

Within three hours of the service call, Corey (Ice Man) was on site, fixing it. Our service call window was 12-2pm, and he was onsite by 12:30pm.
