"Our experience was excellent! George, the owner, assessed our situation, which was needing a first-time new HVAC System, and gave his recommendations. We had good communication throughout the process. They were diligent, knowledgable, and efficient workers. In 30 years of being in Sacramento, we have never had a central air system. No more enduring the heat! We are very pleased. All at a very affordable price. Thanks!"

"5-Stars for Shawn at Precision Air! We were looking for a dependable and experienced HVAC technician when it came time to replace our furnace and add AC. We discovered Shawn at Precision Air and couldn't be happier with our choice. Shawn was incredibly professional and responsive from the start. He listened to our requirements and explained all of our choices. He also provided us with a detailed and reasonable quotation. Shawn got right to work on the day of the installation and arrived on time. He took great care with his work and made sure everything was done correctly. He also took the time to instruct us on how to use our new system. Even after the installation, Shawn's follow-up was excellent. He contacted us many times to guarantee that everything was working effectively and to finish the final inspection after being paid. For all of your HVAC requirements, we strongly suggest Shawn at Precision Air. He is a real professional who is proud of his work and who we will surely hire again in the future."

Four Roots Air Solutions is a family-owned HVAC and refrigeration company based in Loomis, serving Sacramento, Placer County, and the surrounding foothills and valley communities. We design, install, and maintain heating and cooling systems for homes and businesses, including central air, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and commercial refrigeration.\n\nOur goal is simple: systems that keep you comfortable, cost less to run, and last longer. That starts with doing the job right the first time. We don’t sell jobs we can’t build, and we don’t build jobs we haven’t thought through.\n\nYou’ll get honest diagnostics, clear pricing, and straight answers about your options, even when the right answer is a repair instead of a replacement. With more than 13 years of field experience, we’re often called in to fix problem systems other contractors couldn’t solve.

"Don was very easy to work with. He brought his assistant Adam with him. Both were professional and I was amazed how only two people could get that installed in just one day. Very clean install- it looks very good."

"I own a business and had a company come out to fix our air conditioner. They came out 4 times, charged for all those time and the unit still was not working properly. I then decided to try someone else, so I called Thermotech on the referral of a friend. They came out, diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes (it was an old crumbling circuit board), showed me that bad part, ordered it and had it fixed in less than 24 hours. We have not had a single problem since! I was so happy with their service that I ended up using them for my home HVAC system.. I even referred them to a family member and they did a home install of a brand new HVAC system and they were very happy with the price, install, workmanship & fair pricing. Thermotech has found a customer for life with me. I have had so many bad experiences over the years with other companies telling & thermotech has been a game changer."
