"Mac and Carl both worked on the pipe in my front yard. I had a leak that has been there for years. Got several quotes from several people all saying it was a huge job that would cost thousands of dollars. I called Two Brothers Plumbing for a quote after reading some rave reviews on Home Advisor. I was not disappointed. They came out the very next morning (at no charge, free quote….AMAZING!…because that is evidently not common). They examined my water line and were confident they could fix the problem easily enough. They had come in a Friday to diagnose the problem but contacted me on Sunday to set a time to come out the following day and got right to work. The existing pipe line, water spigot and valves needed updating in order to fix the leak. They fixed the issues and replaced the old parts. And they were AFFORDABLE. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were kind, thorough and professional. They were able to diagnose and explain the problem to me and fix it. They were quick to make an appointment and get the job done. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing assistance."

On August 25, 2026, water was leaking from my water heater onto the garage floor. Mr. Parker responded promptly, listened attentively, and showed patience, empathy, and understanding of my concerns. He was courteous, polite, friendly, and maintained a professional, positive attitude throughout the service call. Mr. Parker shut off the power and water, drained the old 75-gallon Bradford White water heater, and installed a new 75-gallon Bradford White Energy Saver water heater. He communicated clearly and showed me how to shut off the water to the house and turn off the water heater to help prevent future flooding. We had gotten a couple of estimates but something just felt different with them. We liked that we received an email with who would be coming to give us an estimate as well as a picture of the technician we should expect. It was so refreshing working with this company it reminded me of company's 50 years ago with values and a caring staff. Dustin, Mike and Anatoily had what I will refer to as the three P's. They were professional, punctual and personable. They laid drop cloths and cleaned up everyday after themselves. They even finished the job a day early than projected as we were scheduled to go out of town for five days. I would highly recommend Honest Sewer & Drain. "My hot water heater died on Memorial Day. I called Bonney. They were willing to come out and replace it that very day for no extra charge, even though it was a holiday. But, that didn't work well for me, so they came out the next morning at the time I specified. They were on time, and called a few minutes beforehand to confirm and remind me. The workman reviewed everything and gave me a firm price before the job began. He replaced the water heater, handled all the permits, and ran a new drain line out through the garage and out to the yard (the old water heater's overflow just dumped out onto the floor).
