"Eric is a professional who goes above and beyond to provide courteous, expert service. After sustaining a flat tire on his journey to our home, he still arrived within good time. He installed an OLED unit in our home and moved the existing LED to a bedroom. The tile wall in our great room was more than difficult to drill. But when Eric was faced with needing to change the mount, he ran to the hardware, got multiple drill bits, reused the existing mount in our bedroom, installed a new great room mount and accomplished the whole project despite MAJOR obstacles and setbacks. He has knowledge, adaptability and determination. He spent time helping us with setup, etc. Eric was a joy to have in our home and a professional that can tackle the tough stuff! We decided to wire the house with an additional 10 cat6 ethernet cables for regular network data as well. The surveillance system was up and recording, the speakers were installed, and the data lines were run in two days. Sean was very helpful in planning the project. He had ideas for improvements to the plan but was accepting of our decision to limit the first phase of our larger project. Robby and Jimmy were our installers. "Glenn was fantastic. When we first called him, we didn't know how well the screen, which is very large, was going to work with the room. Glenn found a way to incorporate the screen into the layout of the room in such a way that when the screen is up, you don't even notice that it's there. He did great work at a very reasonable price, and was always responsive and helpful. He mounted our projector and all of our speakers for us, and also wound up running speaker cable up through the walls, and installed surround speakers in the rear ceiling for us, that are virtually invisible after the install. Several years later, when we had a problem with the projector that was covered under warranty, he came out and helped us get it down and then back up again. Every experience with him has been extremely positive. We use that home theater all the time, and we love it!!! We highly recommend him!!!"
