"ACB Services did a great job replacing our back patio awning. The previous structure was pretty poor quality when we bought the home and continued to get worse over time, including leaks, which led to sagging. They replaced the shingled structure with a metal roof and replaced three small wood columns with two larger ones, which really opened up the space. They demoed and installed the new structure in just one day. They also repaired our chimney which was in poor shape. Looks great now! I would highly recommend them for similar projects."

"THE PROJECT Bordeaux Luxury Homes is owned by Rick Montelongo. He and his wife, Carissa, were hands on throughout the project. Rick did sketches of various options until we agreed on a great design. It involved removing all of the existing components. They did a great job of sealing off the construction area to prevent dust from permeating the entire house. Then the new “room” began to take shape. While this was taking place, Carissa worked with us to select all the materials. Rick has a crew that did all the basic work—electrical, plumbing, tile, painting, etc. He used subs for the glass, counter tops, and vanities/cabinets. All of those involved were professional, courteous, and worked hard to make the whole process as easy on us as possible. They did a great job! SCOPE 23 year old Our home has four bathrooms, a large master bathroom and three small guest-type bathrooms. They all were wallpapered and had outdated mirrors and vanity/cabinet hardware. We decided to update them."

"We had the LET Group do a multifaceted remodel and construction effort on our home: remodeled the existing garage to a game room, added a bathroom, remodeled/moved the laundry room, remodeled the kitchen and main bathroom and built a new stand-alone garage with workshop. As other reviewers have noted, the LET Builder Project Manager, Luis Taipe, is fantastic. As all construction projects go, there were schedule problems and infrequent worker issues, but the key to a good project is how well these issues are managed and Luis is extremely professional and handled all issues efficiently and effectively. As other's have noted, Luis actually identified issues that my wife and I would have not noticed or ignored and had them corrected to his satisfaction first which was often more stringent than we would have requested. We struggled at the start of this project to find a good contractor and actually delayed the project several times because we were not comfortable with either the potential contractors or their proposals. This changed when we met Luis and listened to his absolute professional observations and recommendations during the initial project assessment and proposal process. His proposals were detailed and he was responsive to changes. Yes, there were several contract changes, but we were aware of them (no surprises) and were part of the process in developing the contract changes. This was a very big step for my wife and I and it was a major project ---- could not be more satisfied with the results and have already passed on recommendations to neighbors. Would recommend LET Builders to anyone with Luis as the Project Manager. Luis is personable, professional, and extremely responsive --- met his family as well and it is a very nice package to have worked with."

"Our remodel with Patriot Construction went exceptionally well. Paul and his crew are excellent at what they do and we continue to use them as projects come up. This was our third remodel and the best one by far. Paul is honest, fair, punctual and has a great and talented crew. Finding a good contractor can be a long and frustrating process. After our first several meetings with Paul, we knew he was the right fit. He had great ideas for our remodel, was priced fairly and was very straightforward and honest in what was/wasn’t possible with our budget. He’s very communicative which really helps minimize any surprises or misunderstandings. The work he and his crew did was/is top notch and we love our new house. "My kitchen cabinet was damaged by the dishwasher leak and the water remediation company had to get rid of the kitchen cabinet and took out the sheetrock behind the cabinet. Robert is a professional guy and he has been in the cabinet business for over 20 years. He bought the new insulation, new sheetrock and wood planks. He put the insulation and sheetrock back on and he made the cabinet from wood planks. The new cabinet matches the existing cabinets in the kitchen. He also painted the wall and so I could not see the sign of the cabinets being repaired. In all, I highly recommend oncall service."
