A technician identified a faulty part but didn?t have it, promising to find one. By the next morning, Christmas Eve, there was no update. When I called, they said the part wouldn?t be available until the day after Christmas. We were left without A/C in hot Texas weather, with no urgency or empathy from them. They offered no solutions like contacting other providers or providing a portable unit. Past issues included a similar lack of urgency. Despite being 'Maintenance+' members, we received no priority. The managers were unresponsive, leaving customer service reps to handle our frustration. Avoid Strand at all costs if you value reliable service. They ruined our Christmas, showing a blatant disregard for their customers' comfort."
