"The work was done quickly (regardless of COVID19 restrictions), the craftsmanship and materials excellent. There is a reason the company has been in business for so many years. I would recommend them and would use them again. Note, the work was performed during COVID19 restrictions. During this time, the normal way of doing business and customer interaction was in flux and so this is a consideration in the review. In some cases, the assumption is that this was a relevant factor in terms of communication as it related to the crew that did the work and throughout the project. I also assume a final walk through with me was not done because of existing restrictions, instead of a phone call. Having said that, I am incredibly pleased."

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

Jaye provided an estimate for the job using pictures sent via email, and was able to provide a great design suggestion when we asked for a last minute addition to the job. All of the communication was prompt, the estimate was reasonable and met, and the work was performed within the timeframe provided. Jaye's workers were prompt, they did a great job prepping the space to minimize mess in my living space, and did a great job of cleaning up when the job was complete, both indoors and out. His crew seemed to have a good rapport with him which always puts me at ease, and both he and his crew seemed to take genuine pride in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mason Man to friends and neighbors in the future. Very pleased with the outcome of the project, especially since they were essentially extending a project that another company previously installed.

"A couple of weeks ago, we contacted Blaker Restoration to help us with new countertops in our kitchen remodel. Alex found us a great deal and worked with the installers to make sure we were pleased. He was courteous and diligent and the materials and workmanship in the project were beyond our expectations but close to our original budget. We would highly recommend this company and hope to use their services again in the future. One of the most impressive things about this whole experience was how quickly our requirements were met and the whole project completed!"

"I had him do plans for the kitchen. There was a big delay in having him come out for the initial consultation. Then about 6 weeks additional to deliver the plans. In the end, I felt like he did not deliver any additional big plans that I did not provide already in the consolation. I felt the deal was to have the design and plans, and even though that was provided, I felt like he was more interested in gaining the future work. That is where most of his conversation was going. I did not that think that was the Big Deal that I thought it was going to be getting. In the end, I was hoping to get a design based on something that I did not already provide myself. He mentioned some thing that he was going to draw up, but they were not in the plans that he provided. I would grade him a C in professionalism, beacuse he was tracking mud through my house, he knew it and he did not go back to the front door to take his shoes off."
