"Brandon was extremely helpful, showing us what he was doing and explaining the problem and how to prevent it in the future. I would highly recommend Rescue Rooter as an honest, reliable company. I will definitely use them again when I need repair or replacement services."

"What had started as a small task (or at least I thought) turned into something more than what I expected. That’s when I started shopping around for plumbing services, Cortes plumbing service and drains was one of the first to reach out to me and provided an estimate over the phone. Eduardo was professional and was able to come to my house with in the hour. After reviewing my drain line clog he explained a few options and tried a few drain line augers, luckily around 65/75 ft the issue was resolved. Some grass root was found along with some menstrual tissue that was caught with in the root. Eduardo was able to remove the heart of the root and clear out the clog. He also recommend treatment to prevent further root growth in the sewage line, along with some preventative maintenance recommendations. I definitely will be using his services again as I am happy with the quality and level of knowledge to explain the steps needed for a successful repair."

"Tim arrived prompt. Diagnosed the problem with my AC. Provide two recommendations to replace the broken condenser. Also gave additional recommendations to for my AC to keep running effectively during the coming months. Feels nice right now that my AC is working much better. Thanks Tim"

"Hector gave me a quote over the phone on Wednesday and made an appointment for the following day. He and Nathen showed up ready to work at 0830. They installed a new (1/2 hp) Sump Pump and Check Valve. The project took approximately 2.5 hours to complete. The site is now ready for the rain."

"My wife and I have been struggling for years with constant drain clog problems. Rooter companies who came out and  unclogged the drains  but that did not last long.  Bob & Marc's sent out a rep the same day and explained what the problem was, gave us a price and then followed through and completed the work. Pipes were relined and replaced with little disturbance to our landscaping. All work was completed within the quoted time period. The staff was professional and quite pleasant to work with. They took time to explain what they were doing each day.    It has been about two months since the work was done and we have had no further problems with our drains. We are very satisfied and are sure to use Bob and Marc's again in the future.

"I had a leaky 30-year old cold water supply line toilet shut-off valve dripping in the master bathroom. I am a repeat customer for Home Advisor, and so put the problem details into their site. All in One Plumbing called me, literally, within two minutes. The individual said he could be at my home early tomorrow morning. Antonio arrived on-time, immediately determined the problem, proposed a solution, states the price ( parts & labor ), performed the work with excellent workmanship, cleaned the work area, and verified that the problem was permanently repaired. The valve was replaced which required that a small access hole be put into the dry-wall because he had to replace a small section of the copper pipe behind the wall. This plumber is honest, trustworthy, friendly, kept me informed of the work's progress, and is extremely capable in fixing / repairing plumbing problems. I asked for his business card which is now kept in the home files for any future routine plumbing work & emergencies. I received all plumbing paper work ( work order, invoice, and proof of payment ) via computer email which I like in that I try to run a paper-proof office in my office. Bottom Line: would I hire this plumbing company again? Absolutely, YES !!! signed: Scott Goff, MD in Riverside, CA"

"Charles was friendly, helpful, and insightful during the repair. His workmanship was great and reliable. Kings plumbing was able to send someone out the same day I called and repair my bathtub pipe the same day. I look forward to using these guys for all my plumbing needs down the line."

"The contractor or installer is also fhe owner and I like the fact the he can make the decision on site is a plus for me. Pricing is very competitive, (except the city permit, I found cheaper price) both labor and equipment. I would recommend him to anyone."

"They had to come out 4 times. The first water heater started leaking after 6 months. It was replaced. The second water heater also started leaking after 6 months. I contacted the manufacturer and they recommended a thermal expansion tank be installed. It was not installed the first or second time the water heaters were installed. I did have to pay a re installation fee. I picked up the 3rd water heater myself and they gave me natural gas water heater instead of propane. The fourth attempt they finally got it right and so far the water heater has worked after 7 months. The guy was very responsive as far as my calls and issues. He came out whenever I needed. Unfortunately, the entire experience was just a train wreck."
