It looks fantastic. They were able to work around my complex schedule and communicated VERY well as we worked through it. One month into the project--- financing processed, windows measured and ordered, and just awaiting notice of installation date--- they called me to say that they made a mistake and they could not do project for the agreed upon, signed contract. At that point I saw lots of red flags and did some more research on company. I discovered a F RATING from Better Business Bureau. Needless to say, I saw this as a sign from God that I should NOT use this company!!!!!"

"On October 15, 2025, I paid Better Built Contracting for the materials and installation of a privacy fence in the amount of $4,900.00. Installation did not begin until November 25, 2025. The fence has yet to be completed as of March 31, 2026. Better Built Contracting had informed me that since the trained product installer was taking so long to do the job, he was going to use his people (not trained) to do it. Their attempted installation has failed miserably as shown in the attached photos. As a result of the faulty installation, the fence received heavy damage due to strong winds on March 11, 2026. Better Built Contracting was texted about my concerns and was advised that if the fencing was not correctly installed and completed by April 01, 2026, that I would begin action against them for a full refund of the $4,900.00. Better Built Contracting was texted on March 20, 2026, and informed that we had not been contacted by any of his employees, or the trained installer. "

"The employees did an immaculate job. Joe Bear did amazing work and installed everything to the specs I wanted. Contractors cleaned up after themselves, there was no dirt or grime left around the work area nor carpet in the house, wouldn't even know they were there!"

"Worst contractor I've ever worked with. Almost nothing was completed or done correctly. The windows are the only thing that we are completely happy with. Permits were not properly pulled, no inspections were ever passed, siding & stone veneer was improperly installed, room addition was never completed, patio & pergola were never even started. Job was estimated to take a couple of months; finally fired Mark Spencer of Legacy Windows and Doors after 1 year of being lied to. He stole our money. He is a crook."
