"We were looking to replace a tub and fix a leak in our old house. Jeff came and inspected and gave us a very reasonable estimate. They replaced the tub and the tile contractors were great. We then thought we'd just throw in a change of toilet and that then revealed a serious flooring problem. We ended up remodeling the small bathroom and Jeff did a great job. He is honest and wants to make the customer happy."

"We did two projects with John, Gary and the crew. The smaller scale project was for adding a shower to a half bathroom, turned into a full bath. The other big project was for remodeling based on one kitchen + one bathroom, change it to one kitchen + two bathrooms. John and Gary and the crew were awesome and very pleasant to work with. They listened to us, willing to accommodate our ideas, but also give us realistic suggestions based on the budget. John always trying to save money for our project, to control the budget. They are honest, friendly, genuine, respectful, responsive with great remolding experience and knowledge. Like I read from other Busy Bee's customer reviews, John himself handle electric stuff and others. They worked very hard and showed up every day. Even our neighbors made the comment that "your contractor showed up every day!". We became friends during the project. I would recommend busy bee to my friends, to everyone, and will definitely have the crew come back for any future projects. "roject was a new construction, 3 family modular, passive house in Cambridge MA. KinsellaBuilt guided us masterfully from beginning to end all during COVID. They started w maneuvering thru the numerous applications, permits, certifications, inspections required to begin.They oversaw the excavation, pouring of the new foundation and drain install. KinsellaBuilt coordinated w the several city departments to receive delivery of 6 massive modular units driven from Maine to be set by crane on a narrow city street. Once the partially constructed modular were placed connections and finishes were made by knowledgeable plumbing, electric, tile, paint, insulation, siding, flat roof subcontractors. We were in constant contact w KinsellaBuilt and kept informed of progress being made. Were there delays and a few overruns, during COVID, of course. All were circumstances beyond anybody’s control. We ended up with a quality product, a contractor I would use again and highly recommend."

"Excellent! Liam is a quality craftsman. If you want someone who is professional, polite, and has an eye for detail then hire him. Liam not only picked out a quality door, but hung it to perfection. From the start, he was in touch with me via text. He sent me a photo of the door before ordering. He said it would take about 10 days to come in. He contacted me when the door was in and set up a date for install. He arrived 15 minutes early! , but didn’t ring my doorbell till 7am. He built a new door casing and installed a beautiful oak sill. He installed the door and provided plastic on the outside to protect it from the coming rain. ( not all contractors would do that) He cleaned up after the job and sent me a text to let me know the job was done. ( I was working in my office in the house). Liam is an A+ contractor. He does everything right from start to finish. He is exceptional and has a fair price. I will definitely hire him again for any future house projects, and you should too!"
