"First, Sean is a very impressive hands on owner of Murphy Family Services. I received an appiintnwnr that woyld fit in my schedule. Sean followed up with text reminders and he was professional over the phone. Second, Scott arrived on time and took the time to troubleshoot the electrical issue so we would not waste time. He found that the electrical outlet housing the microwave was not giving enough amps, and as a result could have been a fire hazard. Scott fixed the problem by upgrading the electrical outlet supporting the microwave. Everything was courses, professional and fast. I would consider Murphy as my "house" electrician. "The visit went well and the service person was on time.  The first diagnosis was not correct and a defroster part was ordered and replaced.  The problem was not corrected.  A second visit was required and the action taken at that time corrected the blocked drain hose problem.  We have not had any problem since the 2d repair visit.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Great! He arrived on time, with the right amount of crew, tools and positive attitude! He was very experienced with Ikea cabinets and knew when we had purchased the wrong items. He also knew when to send me back to Ikea for different parts. Ikea made alot of mistakes and he knew that was common. He wrote down the numbers of the items i needed which was extremely helpful. He and his crew were fantastic and i would hire him again in the future. His prices were very reasonable and i appreciated that. I had two glass doors that were on back order so he said i could hold back $200 from his pay until they czme in. I called him on Sunday and told him i just picked them up. He told me they would be there on Monday morning to finish the job. Of course he arrived on time and he finished the job quickly. Of the 4 companies i hired to do various things in my kitchen his was the only one i didnt have issues with. I asked him to install the lights inside and underneath the cabinets and install the microwave. The lights were difficult but he worked hard until they were done. They make the whole kitchen shine! He was extremely reasonable with the microwave installation price. I asked him for several cards and already passed them out to people that wanted a new kitchen i told them he is the best installer i ever hired. He made this overwhelming project so much easier."

"It went very well, he is a licensed electrician and he changed all of my old s12 sockets to energy efficient sockets so that I could use my electronic devices and not blow circuits.  I was being charged each time I called in a help ticket.  So I called Mason Electrical Services and had him come out and take a look . He came out and took a look at the problem and gave me an estimate .and I was really satisfied on the price.  He arrived promptly on 8 March 2014 had everything he needed to work with, and completed the work it only took a couple of hours and the job was done.  In that time he installed a ceiling fan in my bedroom with a remote.  He didn't make a mess.  I would definitely recommend him to others needing electrical services in the future.
