Jim arrived on time, helped me move the furniture and explained the process. He was very professional; got to work and completed the job without a stop. Manny and Gale arrived on time and did a thorough job. There was one area at the top that I thought they missed. Manny explained that mildew eats away the surface. I trust their judgement. It looks great. The screens look like new, the white frame glows and the patio area sparkles. They get an A. <br /> We plan to have both back in six months for a refresher. "This fine man responded quickly to my email and showed up on time. He did a fabulous job where my little dog had dug up the carpet in the doorway all the way to the cement floor. You can't even see it as he really knows what he's doing. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and even left me a sample bottle of a carpet cleaner he highly recommends (but doesn't sell; he says it is at both Lowe's and Home Depot).
