"Fast install, good pricing and excellent customer service!"

"Sorry to be so late with this review. Just as we were preparing to leave town in mid-July, 2018 our air conditioner stopped working . We called Matthew Roberts. One man came out and worked for quite a while, he called someone else they both tried several fixes, but nothing worked. We had an idea of how much a whole new AC would cost so when they gave us a quote we were ready to decide. They came out and installed the entire Trane system, inside and out, in one day so it was working when we left town. Very professional, neat, friendly and took old system away. Since then we've had a couple of issues: a snake got in the electronics of the outside unit, shut it down and a couple of other service calls were handled extremely quickly and most with no charge because unit was under warranty. Michael was often the repairman and we were extremely pleased with his work and service."

"Enoch helped us get money from our utility company to help with the purchase of central HVAC system."

"I recently moved into a rental that was not taken care of by previous tenants. I had sinus issues the moment I moved in which lead me to find a hvac company to come clean the ducts. I was able to schedule a service within 2 days of the request. Ken was an exceptional tech who serviced this home. His attention to detail has now made my home more enjoyable to live in and my sinuses are no longer an issue. The sanitizer he sprayed in the venting system is what sold me on this company. Very pleased with this company and Kens service. I hope I save someone the pain of searching, like I did. Look no further, I would highly recommend using them."

"Went Exceptionally well, Got several bids and Monarch by far the lowest. They also include replacing copper lines as part of the bid because it is a better way of doing things (other quotes did not). Got a great reasonable price, but was wondering about installation since that can make or break any system. Could not have been happier with crew that installed. Experienced, professional and friendly. Did the little extra things (like vacuum out the install area). Definitely knew what they were doing. Shawn very easy to deal with and came out to check on progress. Got a programmable thermostat to boot. Surprisingly positive experience--would highly recommend."

"Overall, Mike and his team at Air 1 did a fantastic job! No bait and switch games. Theu have swapped out my 3 tons hestpump condenser and air handler. Professional installation from start to finished. I would highly recommend them!"

"Technician Mike arrived on time (1:00pm), diagnosed the problem and gave several options to remedy. Given the age of the my system (13 yrs) I opted to replace the entire unit. Mike coordinated with his installation team (Matt and Billy) who arrived by 3:00pm and had the new system installed before 6:00pm the same day. All members of the Service Star team were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional."

"They arrived right at time given. They were quick to set up and respectful of the house. I was kept appraised of every aspect of the job and shown before pictures. I was given several helpful suggestions on how to keep my ac unit working at its most efficient. I was also given ideas for upgrading my dryer venting away from the outside living area. That's the job I will be contacting Eclair Duct Cleaning for in the near future. I HIGHLY recommend Eclair Duct Cleaning."

"We recently had work done by Iron Air. A service issue with no heat during cold weather became a new a/c install due to age and availability of parts. Joe got us information and pricing quickly and scheduled the work. The work was completed in a professional, competent and efficient manner. The technicians were patient with all our questions and were careful inside and out and left all areas clean. All follow-up communication was excellent and timely. The value of the product and installation was excellent. The company went out of their way to give above average service. We highly recommend Iron Air."
