"Joe is the owner of Abby Appliances and he has been doing appliance repair and installation for more than 40 years. He asked appropriate questions on the phone to determine the size and complexity of our job and gave us an estimate at the end of the call. He stuck with his estimate after the installation despite a couple of extra challenges posed by the change in brand of the wall (built-in) ovens. Everything went smoothly, We highly recommend Abby Appliance!"

"Outstanding. James was patient, thorough, helped me find the problem, and walked me through how to fix it! I spent a total of $35 to fix a problem that I didn't know how to fix. It would have cost so much more to bring in a repair pro. I like fixing things myself but don't always know how or what the issue is. From now on, I'm calling Neli Virtual Appliance Repair!"

"Honestly I coukd use a new furnace at some point but it's not in the budget now, I've called this company or messaged them at all hours of the day and night, I've never waiting longer than 3 hrs for a repair man to come out and diagnose the problem. Then order parts on the spot. Pricing is very fair and customer service is on point. I'm a real estate agent and I recommend this company out as often as I can, and use them myself for anything needed."

They have technicians that work after 4:30 p.m. so you don't have to take a day off and lose a day's pay to give them money, which is great. Appliance Repair USA tries to do the same day service and repair. Technician is so friendly and works on Appliances repair Usa"
