"Patrick was absolutely wonderful! My Dad’s upstairs bathroom pocket sliding door was unable to close at all. And this was days before Xmas when guests and family would be arriving. The house only has one other bathroom which is located downstairs. Not convient at all to have one working bathroom door for many people. Patrick responded immediately and understanding the need to have this fixed before Xmas, he was able to come out the next day. He was punctual, courteous, and efficient. He actually had to take off the trim to remove the door, fix the broken track, and reinsert the door and trim. When he was finished, the door frame/trim looked exactly the same. I couldn’t see any evidence of it having been off at all. And the pocket door worked perfectly on the track. He cleaned up everything, no mess, the area was left spotless. He also took 10 mins to fix an old curtain rod free of charge while he was there, which we think says a lot for how nice he is. We were very pleased and will definitely be using him again."
