"Was given a price range for repair, parts and labor, over the phone for the work I needed done. When the tech arrived, he found even more work needed done (of course). I had budget for only the original request. Tech replaced the requested part but would not warranty the work because I didn't have the additional work done. Seems odd Precision wouldn't warranty the work that was actually performed simply because I couldn't afford the rest of the work at that moment."

"Repair job turned into a new opener installation. Felt their diagnosis and recommendation to install new opener was honest and fair. Honored (without asking) an old coupon 'sticker' on the garage door for labor discount and also one for a free keypad opener. And accepted a free service call discount for mentioning the phone book ad. Very professional job and customer interaction. Very pleased overall. Only 4.5 stars above ...because very little is truly worth 5 stars, IMHO."

"Aaron was fantastic! Very communicative and was able to get the garage opener replaced in a very timely manner! Definitely would use again for any future garage door repairs!"

"They called back quickly and we set up an appointment for the next day at a time that would work for us. He checked what we were requesting but found that what wanted wasnâ t necessary but something else would be better and less expensive. He also programmed one of our car to be able to open our garage door. He was very personable and a great worker. Would use them again."

"Garage door stopped working. AJ recommended a new one and installed it. Now I can open and close my garage door with my phone from anywhere in the world."

"I highly recommend Lee’s Doors! I needed to have the backup battery for my opener replaced. Almost immediately after I put in my inquiry with Angi, I received a call from Josh. He was courteous and professional and I was thrilled that he was able to work me into his schedule the very next day! He arrived on time replaced the battery and inspected my door. He spotted a few problems and clearly explained my options. He did not try to sell me expensive equipment or services that I didn’t need. He even volunteered to change the burned out light bulbs in garage ceiling and my garage opener. I’ve been in this house for three years with only two dim lights in my garage and now it is fully lighted! ☺️🤣 Thanks Josh! He even took the initiative to screw in the wall console that wasn’t secured by the previous owner. He honored his very reasonable agreed upon labor rate and didn’t charge me for this extra work. also reasonable rate for his labor. I highly recommend his company."

"I was a little scared from ready reviews from other people who here sent this company. The company sent Rudy(sts Garage door) but worked under Winston garage door . Rudy game to the house on time with part in hand to fix the garage door . Fixed door in 30 mins and was gone. I was smart and had part number ready for the company so they didn’t have to come back a second time . But if you know what is broken and can see a part number, do yourself a favor and tell them."

"over all the installers did a great job stayed with the project till it was compleated installing three doors. very polite and cleaned up well when finished, price a little high then ther comp. but was satisfied."
