"The process up to the QA Inspection was excellent. People were friendly and knowledgeable. Austin was excellent at giving honest answers to all our questions. When I asked him one he couldn’t answer he didn’t try to BS his way through, he simply said he didn’t know and then proceeded to make calls until he got an answer. At the Pre-install inspection we were told the install crew would arrive between 8-10. The install crew chief was very surprised to hear that when he arrived at 7. The installation was also excellent. Done and dusted by 4PM. The QA inspection cost you an excellent rating. It was little more than a high pressure sales pitch to replace my aluminum siding with vinyl. I just spent $20K on a new roof and he pressured us to spend another $40K on something that doesn’t need to be replaced. Not cool. I would definitely recommend Power, but with a caveat on the QA inspection."

"The pantry in the kitchen used to be an exit out of the back of the house. It was half-assed renovated. My beloved Rich, who has done a number of projects for me, came in. Tore out the ceiling finding that above the ceiling was somewhat open to the elements - skeletal remains of birds, mice, lots of leaves all hanging over our pantry food. Rich re-vented the closet, cleaned out the toxic stuff, replaced the ceiling and then built out a new pantry with enough shelf space for everything I needed. Rich always talks to you first to make sure he understands what you want and he offers great suggestions for the best way to do things. During the project he becomes one with it and in this case spent a lot of time talking to the closet as he did the work. It is perfect.. And exactly what I wanted and needed. Office staff is also boffo in scheduling and is very responsive. Please note that Mr. Handyman is a franchaise. This review is for Mr. Handyman of Northern Baltimore County.."

"Exceptional work! I hired FAMB Construction, LLC after interviewing quite a contractors (large and small companies) to replace my wood deck with Trex composite decking. Noel and Claudia are extremely professional from start to finish of the project and clearly communicated in detail what work was going to be done. Noel provided a variety of actual samples choose from and provided helpful details on how the project would be completed. My deck looks amazing and Noel even corrected some deck issues that were not within the scope of the project. "We had the roof on our 2640 square-foot house replaced with an architectural-style one in Williamsburg Slate, grey tones with subtle red tones. We are very satisfied with the roof. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! Financing is available."
