Nate worked closely with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and getting the best product and prices possible. He really made us feel like family. Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! I eliminated one company that would not provide an estimate unless they could present it in person with my wife present (code for high-pressure sales). The second company was great, but did not get their bid to me until almost a week after they promised it. By comparison, Joe Makay got right back to me on first contact and every time I had a question. He was able to work my project into the schedule within a week and got got the entire large and complex job done in just two days. The end result was outstanding and well worth the price. I only rated their price as a B because their cost was somewhat higher than the other (larger) company that bid; however I went with Mckay because they were more responsive and customer service focused. I felt confident they would take good care of me and they did just that."
