"It went great. My house was on the market at that time and I needed my roof fixed right away. I got estimates and he came in with the best price. He said that he would be able to get to it the following week, which he did and that was one of the things that stood out to me. The other thing that stood out was that he called me and I didn't know he was at the house at that time. He asked me if I wanted him to go ahead and switch out one of the boots on the roof because it was going to be changed. I did ask him to look at the roof and I told him that I would like him to do that. When I went by the house, there wasn't anybody there and I could tell that no one had been there to work on the roof yet. "Project went great.  Contractor built a high quality scaffold to reach the chimney and performed the work in 2 days.  The 1st day allowed for the primer and the scratch coat to be installed and the second day allowed for the finish coat.  I asked the contractor to price re-painting the chimney, but his price was too high for me.  However he did offer to allow me to utilize his scaffold to paint it myself.  I appreciated this gesture.  
I have used other stucco contractors in the past and their work failed several years down the road.  Jim Spears Plastering is the only stucco contractor I will use going forward.  Highly recommend this contractor.
